About Ampliform
Konig’s Ampliform is an open mesh-inspired wheel design, that combines aggressive good looks, with the practicality of a wheel that’s both light and strong, making it the perfect choice for the street and the track.
Ampliform is manufactured using Konig’s unique Flow Forming Technology, a process that takes a raw cast wheel that’s narrower than the finished product, and applies heat in combination with an advanced spinning process under high-pressure, to stretch and compress the aluminium to increase tensile strength.
This process results in a wheel that, at it’s final width, is lighter and stronger than an equivalent sized cast alloy wheel, and shares properties of that of a forged alloy wheel. All of which means that Ampliform can handle anything the street will throw at it, and on weekends, it’ll double down out on the track, where it’s light-weight and strength, come into their own.
Ampliform is available in Dark Metallic Graphite and Gloss Bronze finishes and a range of sizes, from 17″ to 20″.
